Walla caused a big upset by inflicting a rare defeat on defending premiers Rand, winning a low scoring contest by 13 runs at Rand.
The visitors looked unlikely winners when they were dismissed for just 97, with sundries top-scoring with 22 including 14 wides.
Rand lost early wickets to be 4/18 and when they took the score to 5/67, they looked like they would recover and win the game.

Osborne took out the local derby defeating Lockhart at Osborne by 60 runs, with Ed Perryman the star, making 70 and taking two wickets.

Billy Glanville provided good support to Perryman, making 27, while for Lockhart, Connor Widdup and Jackson Weideman picked up two wickets each.
Zac Burkinshaw 20, Weideman 17 and Luke Murray 16 were best for Lockhart, who badly missed the experienced seamer Clinton Renner with the ball.
The Rock Yerong Creek won a tight contest against Holbrook by 13 runs at Yerong Creek, with last year's Cricketer of the Year Todd Hannam again the star.
Hannam saved his side from collapse, with a superb 83, with Andrew Yates the only other contributor, with 32, as they were bowled out for 147.
Corey McCarthy bowled with great pace to take four wickets, with Ewan Mackinlay and Lewis Bowen claiming two wickets each.
Holbrook, in reply, kept wickets in hand but found the tight bowling of Ryan Kirkwood and Todd Hannam very hard to score off.
The pair bowled 16 overs between them for just 33 runs. Hamish Mackinlay top-scored with 40, with Josh Beer 18 and Bowen 22.
