A truck has crashed on the Mitchell Highway at Guyong, 21 kilometres south-east of Orange at approximately 5.50am this morning. Inspector Harvey from Orange Police Station said the circumstances surrounding the crash are still being confirmed. "It appears the truck has left the road and hit a guard rail," he said. "We are still attending and will investigate what has happened exactly. "At this stage it appears to be a single vehicle accident and there doesn't appear to be any major injuries." Inspector Harvey said cars are being allowed through, however Live Traffic is still reporting that traffic is affected in both directions. Drivers are urged to take caution in the area and allow extra time for travelling. More updates to come.
