* Victoria has reported no new coronavirus deaths, leaving the state toll at 819 and the national figure at 907
* Three new cases, with one linked to the northern metro Melbourne outbreak and two being investigated to determine if they are new cases or due to shedding of old infections
* New cases in Boroondara, Casey and Darebin local government areas
* One case is a child who attended the Goodstart Learning Centre in Bundoora on October 20-22 and is connected to the northern suburbs outbreak
* Centre closed on October 25, eight children and four staff are close contacts - so far six children and three staff have tested negative
* The 14-day rolling case average for Melbourne is 2.4 and zero for regional Victoria
* Melbourne has four mystery cases as of October 13-26 while regional Victoria has none

POLICE FINES
* Six fines issued in the last 24 hours, including three for failing to wear a face mask outside home and none at vehicle checkpoints
RESTRICTIONS
* Major easing of Melbourne restrictions happened from midnight Tuesday, with all retail cafes, restaurants and pubs able to open, albeit with some restrictions on numbers
* Melburnians limited to travel within 25km of home but no longer any restrictions on reasons for travel
* Strict rules around household visits - one visit per day by two adults and any dependents to another home but either household cannot make or receive any other visits on the same day
* Outdoor gatherings capped at 10 people but can include people from up to 10 households
* Face masks must still be worn at all times when outside the home
* Several other restrictions also eased from midnight Tuesday
* As of November 8, the 25km limit and Melbourne's "ring of steel" to end with further easing of restrictions across many categories such as gyms which are expected to reopen.
