Forty-plus bowlers turned up for the Frank and John Powter Memorial Day on Saturday.
The bowls club thanks the Parson clan and other visitors who travelled from Canberra, Sydney and Wollongong, as well as other places.
Unfortunately, the Ettalong boys could not make it this year.
After two games of bowls and a great barbecue put on by the club's cook Dave Norton, the John Powter Trophy was taken out by Ken Smith, Harley Male and Renee Parsons.

The winners of the Frank Powter Trophy were Rex Smallwood, Ben Parsons and Lisa McIntosh.
This was followed on the Sunday with 20 bowlers turning up for another crack, followed by fish and chips for lunch.
Thanks to Rex Smallwood for supplying the fish from the coast.
The Roy and Lil Schirmer Day is coming up on Sunday, October 27.
