There were plenty of entries in the Cookery section, the cakes are judged primarily by taste, presentation, even cutting of and amounts of fruit.
Josie Kilpatrick from Albury won First Prize with her "Rainbow cake", Josie will also enter a Rainbow cake in the Sydney Royal Easter Show in April. Several other items including Cake, Embroidery and Crocheting will also go to the Sydney Royal
The CWA AGM and Conference is being held in Albury this year, 6th - 10th May.
Over 700 entry's have been received, due to the large number of items on display the sections will be on display at St. Patrick's and St. David's Church's and also at the Civic Centre.
Albury's branch member Clair Oliver will be one of the Judge's of the Cookery section.
