The game was finished well under its maximum allotted overs as the visitors completed their run chase in just 14 overs for win number six.
Burrumbuttock won the toss and batted and were bowled out for 86 with leading wicket taker Will Heriot taking four scalps for Holbrook.
The Brookers opened the batting with Randall Taylor and Tom Heriot.
The pair comfortably completed the task with Taylor 54 no, and Heriot, 26 no.
