The final of the major singles was played last Wednesday between Shane Lenon and Bruce Rayner with, Lenon coming out on top and going back to back.

The game was a tight affair for the two thirds of the game until the experience of Lenon shone through to win 31-18.
Both players commented on how well the green ran and a big thanks to Peter Jenkinson the club’s greenkeeper. A big thanks also to president Barry Love who marked the final.
The triples will now be played on the weekend of May 19 and 20.
Unfortunately due to the wet weather Lockhart experienced both semi-finals were postponed till Saturday the 19th with the winners to play in the Final on Sunday the 20th at 1pm.
Semi-final 1 has the teams of Scott Chandler, Keith Bender & Jim Quee playing Jesse Shilo, Barry Love and Steve Johnstone. Semi-final 2 has the teams of Terry Mildren, David Flynn & Col Ryan playing Ken Smith, Max Montgomery and Bruce Rayner.
