A 37-year-old man has been charged after another man was shot with an air rifle in Jindera on Thursday.

Shortly after 1pm emergency services were called to Rangeview Drive at Jindera.
On arrival, officers from Murray River Police District found a 48-year-old man with wounds to his arm and head.
A three-year-old boy, who was with him at the time, was not injured.
The man was treated by paramedics and did not require hospital treatment.
A short time later, officers arrested the 37-year-old at a property in Rangeview Drive and he was taken to Albury Police Station.
The man was charged with fire firearm manner likely injure persons/property, possess unauthorised firearm, possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit, possess prohibited drug, and possession of equipment for administering prohibited drugs.
He was refused bail and is due to appear before Albury Local Court on Friday.
