It was Osborne’s first win in A grade of the Holbrook District Cricket Association, with its last flag coming way back in 1985/86 in the Brocklesby DCA.
It was also veteran and former skipper Darren Howard’s first club premiership.
Howard was also the winning captain of the Holbrook DCA O’Farrell Cup win two weeks ago.
The 32-year gap in premierships was done in fine style with man of the match Connor Galvin harpooning a promising Holbrook innings.
Galvin took three wickets in one over to stop the Brookers in their tracks after building nicely to be 2/93 before Galvin turned the game on its head.
Holbrook stumbled to finish its 40 overs ay 8/130 with Hayden Wishart top scoring with 40 and Coby Ross a patient 36.
Galvin finished with the superb figures of 5/30, while Jeremy Bahr bowled superbly and accurately to take 1/18 off eight overs.
All season the Osborne dominance has been on the back of brilliant fielding and accuracy among its bowling attack.
Holbrook missed an early run out chance, before taking the wicket of Luke Richardson for 18.

This brought the Perryman boys together, Nick and Ed.
They batted brilliantly posting an unbeaten century stand of one hundred and three with captain Nick making 57 and Ed, 51.
Osborne achieved the target with eight overs to spare and leave Holbrook with back to back grand final losses.
Wishart was the sole wicket taker for Holbrook.
Osborne suffered just two losses for the season and won both junior grand finals also against Holbrook.
