They teamed up with teacher Georgia Mullins to prepare some sweet treats including chocolate bark.
The chocolate, which was laden with delicious lollies, was placed on trays to set. And then the fun began.
The pupils were allowed to “bang” the trays on the bench to allow the bark to shatter before putting it into carefully made gift bags with name tags attached.
Max Calverley, 7, said the bark was fun to make.
“The best part was putting the lollies in it,” he said.
Max said it was the first time he had made bark and it wasn’t too difficult to do.
