The Demons will wear pink to raise funds for the Breast Cancer Network Australia.
Lockhart usually wear a clash guernsey for games against Howlong and this year decided to try something different.
“A few of the guys had wanted to do a pink day for a while,” Lockhart footballer Kyle Pertzel said.
“We always wear clash jumpers against Howlong so we thought this would be the best time to do it, a home game against Howlong, and raise some money as well.”
The first grade footballers will wear one-off pink guernseys, while netballers will also wear pink bibs.
The guernseys will be auctioned off in the clubrooms after the game, as well as a number of other AFL signed jumpers. A raffle will also be held.
Gates open at 9.30am at Lockhart on Saturday for a big day of football and netball.
