WE have three locals participating in the tractor trek from Corowa through Jerilderie and back to Corowa. Ed Dale, RJ Klemke and Peter Creek will be in or on their old machines.

ST PAULS School’s Mable Runs were given a tryout. Runs were designed from recycled material and had to be fast, medium or slow. Many variations of runs and speeds were presented for inspection. On Monday, the School’s senior boys competed for the Paul Kelly Cup. St Joseph’s School, Culcairn and St Patrick’s Holbrook, Henty Public and other schools attended. Other students are touring T2 at Khancoban.

HENTY Public School students have undertaken a performance for the Riverina Dance Festival. Students have been working hard to ensure their best audition was recorded. The School will know if they have been accepted into the Riverina Dance Ensemble next term. Also, Molly Murray, Halle Corrigan and Heidi Martin were selected to attend the Eastern Riverina Trials of Netball. The trials take place on Friday 28th April.

THE Rotary Club of Henty and Greater Hume shire will co-host the popular Totem Skate School seminar at the Henty Recreational Skate Park Hub during Youth Week.
