Timber was selected for the equipment so it would blend in with the surroundings.
The preschool has undergone massive changes over the last 12 months including all the edging around the playground completed, a path put in and turf laid.
Money for the other projects was raised through two walk-a-thons that have been run two years in a row. The walk went from Henty to Pleasant Hills and raised $12,000 in 2012 and $6,000 in 2013. The Eastern Riverina Chronicle was a major sponsor of these walk-a-thons.
