Victoria Police officers have charged two teenagers and released another four following a high-speed, early morning drive in a stolen Porsche Cayenne in Melbourne.

At about 4:20am on Monday, November 4, Victoria Police's Air Wing detected the Cayenne travelling at more than 240km/h on the Monash Freeway.
The Cayenne – which had been reported as stolen last week following a "non-confrontational aggravated burglary" in Kew East – was eventually tracked to Huntingfield Road in Toorak, where police officers deployed 'stop sticks' (tyre deflators) around 5am.
Aerial footage captured by the police helicopter and subsequently published by the Herald Sun shows the SUV's tyres separating from the vehicle.

After coming to a stop on Queens Avenue in Caulfield East, police were able to arrest the six people that exited the vehicle.
A 16-year-old male, alleged to be the driver, has been charged with dangerous driving whilst pursued by police, reckless conduct endangering life, careless driving, burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, theft, unlicensed driving, and failing to answer bail.
Another 15-year-old male was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, while four 14-year-old females were released with a caution.
Victoria Police took the opportunity to remind car owners to lock all doors and windows on your home and car, which dramatically decreases the chance of having belongings stolen.
