Walla is just half a game ahead of Osborne in what looms as a mouth-watering finish to the home and away rounds.
The final position in the top six is a battle between last year's premier, Rand, currently in sixth and seventh-placed Lockhart, which is equal on points but facing a significant deficit in quotient.
For Lockhart to displace Rand, two results would need to happen - Lockhart must beat Holbrook and Rand has to lose to Culcairn in Saturday's final round.
Holbrook, in fifth place, cannot drop any lower but could go to third or fourth if both Henty and Brock Burrum were to lose.
The highlight of round 14 was a swashbuckling century from in-form TRYC opener Mark Alcorn in the Two Blues' big win over Lockhart.
Alcorn smashed a brilliant 112 as the home side posted its highest score of the season (4/259). Todd Hannam (42) and Alcorn put on 99 for the second wicket.
In reply, Lockhart was bowled out in just 25 overs for 120, with Ryan Kirkwood taking 4/25. Hannam, Alcorn and Aiden Ridley all took two wickets.
Henty continued its run into finals with an impressive 39-run win over Rand. The loss has put Rand under pressure to hold onto sixth place, while Henty has secured a finals spot.
Batting first on a slow Rand Sportsground outfield - a rare moment in the middle of February - Henty compiled 9/146 with several handy contributions.
Greg Schuller (36), Grant Gardiner (27 no), Daniel Hore-Smith (24) and Dylan Hore (24) did well as Rand used nine different bowlers.
In reply, a lone performance from Mark Kreutzberger (61) saved the Pigeons from total collapse as they were bowled out for 108.
The Terlich brothers, Shannon and Daniel, both claimed three wickets in a superb all-round bowling effort by the Swampies.
Holbrook proved far too strong for Culcairn in the rivalry clash at Peter Stead Oval in Holbrook, winning by 146 runs.
A brilliant batting display from skipper Corey McCarthy (85) and Hayden Wishart (80 no) set up the Brookers' season-high total of 4/229.
In reply, Hamish Mackinlay (5/10) and cousin Andrew (2/18) tore the Lions' middle and lower order apart as the visitors lost the last six wickets for seven runs.
Osborne played one of its best all-round games of the season to beat Brock Burrum in a high standard encounter at Osborne.
Ed Perryman (40) and Daniel Kennedy (57) set up the innings early, with Jayden Klemke (30) and Tom Howard (20 no) finishing off the innings at a very respectable 4/164.
Darcy I'Anson, with 1/19 off eight, was a constant threat as the Saints used eight bowlers in an attempt to derail the home side.
Brock Burrum fell 19 runs short as the Osborne bowling attack and good fielding kept the Saints behind the run rate throughout the innings.
Darcy (44) and Trent I'Anson (33) were best for the Saints, while Kennedy finished an excellent game with 3/24.
Walla, as expected, proved too strong for Walbundrie, with the Tigers getting rolled for just 45 when it batted second, chasing 193 for victory at Walbundrie.
Joel Merkle top-scored in Walla innings with 46 no, a score that was higher than the entire Walbundrie innings.
Mark Taylor did the damage with the ball, taking 7/22, as the Tigers' innings being finished in just the 12th over; sundries top-scoring with 12.
