The Demons will make its first appearance in the Hume finals after the father and son combination of Clint and Jordan Renner destroyed the Walla batting line-up.
Jordan took the superb figures of 5-9 off 7.3 overs, while his father Clint was miserly and dangerous taking 3-7 off six overs as Walla made just 92.
Tom Simmons top-scored with 31 for Walla, with Dan McCarthy (18) and Chris Hutchison (17) the only others to impact.
Walla lost its last seven wickets for just twenty-two runs.
The run chase presented few obstacles for Lockhart losing just one wicket, with Jordan Harrington (37no) and Brad McMillian (25no) getting it done in twenty-eight overs.
Rand has put an end to Henty's finals hopes with a convincing eight-wicket win at Rand to all but wrap up the minor premiership.
The Swampies, after winning the toss and batting, were knocked over for 100 with unheralded Steve Zweck top-scoring with (25).
The Ralston boys and Dan Lieschke did the damage for Rand with Lieschke 3/17, Brayden Ralston 2/16 off eight and Clint just 1/10 from his allotted eight.
Rand made light work of the run chase, with Mark Kreutzberger making a classy (59) and all-rounder Will Swift unbeaten on (28).
The defending premiers got the job done in just twenty-one overs as they lost just the two wickets, capitalising on the bowlers' excellent work.
Walbundrie ensured they will be again playing finals after it proved too strong for Holbrook at the Ten Mile Creek Oval in Holbrook.
The game was moved from the turf wicket at Holbrook after rain leading into the game.
This didn't halt the Tigers as they won by 75 runs.
Jarrod Millar continued his great form with a half-century, while Alex McMaster top- scored with (71) and Matt Robertson (42).
Off-spinner Ewan Mackinlay took 3/40 for Holbrook, as most bowlers took plenty of punishment on the small oval.
McMaster took three wickets and Nick Morris two, as Holbrook fell short.
Youngster Hunter Galvin top-scored with (39no), Lewis Bowen (25) and Mackinlay (20).
Osborne kept the pressure on Rand in the race for top position with a thumping 169 run win over Culcairn at Osborne.
No individual scores were available in the home side's final total of 6/235 after they had won the toss and batted against the Lions.
In reply, Culcairn were bowled out for 66 in thirty overs with just three batters making double figures - Brendan Way, Dai Jenkins and Riley Knobel.
All seven Osborne bowlers used took a wicket with Ben Lewington 2/6 and Ed Perryman 2/7 taking doubles.
Culcairn's final round match will be at home to Rand.
The Rock Yerong Creek claimed a nail-biting last-ball victory over Brocklesby Burrumbuttock with three wickets in hand at Burrumbuttock.
The thrilling victory had a big impact on the Blues' ladder position with the win keeping it in third place.
A loss would have had them slip to sixth.
The home side batted first and made 178, with Trent I'Anson (52no) and Jordan Schilg (30) leading the way.
TRYC bowling attack was best served by Aaron Ridley 2/17, while Ryan Kirkwood and Jarrod Hibberson both took 2/37.
Not surprisingly, it was Todd Hannam (82) who steered the run chase.
Hannam's eighty-six run stand with Oscar Willis (50) was crucial in the final wash-up.
Keith Tallent and Justin Everitt both took 2/27 as the Saints almost pulled off a massive upset.
The Saints' final round will be at Holbrook.
