Culcairn, which is in last position, showed just how tight the Cricket Albury Wodonga Hume competition is with a very honorable loss after posting 8/230.
Daniel Rooke with 79, Mitch Godde with a quick-fire 39 off 30 balls and Jaxon Lezius, 36, all played superbly, with Rooke pounding nine boundaries.
Walbundrie started in poor fashion, losing three quick wickets to be teetering at 3/20 before Blake Lieschke (96), Mason Collins (57) and Andy Lewis (34 no) turned the tables.
The Tigers passed the Lions' total with just seven balls remaining as they smashed 28 boundaries during the innings.
On a tough day for bowlers, Godde was best for the Lions with 3/34 as the Tigers took out one of the best games of the season.
Rand made it eight wins in a row as it chased down a very respectable total from Lockhart after the visitors won the toss and batted at Rand.
A brilliant century from Lockhart's number three, Brad McMillian, set up the visitors' 4/194, with McMillian hitting 12 boundaries in his unbeaten 101.
Chayte Burkinshaw (36) added a century stand with McMillian, as Brayden Lieschke 1/28 and Mark Kreutzberger 0/14 proved the most economical bowlers.
The run chase was a thriller, with Rand getting the job done in the final over with Kreutzberger leading the way with 62.
Clint Ralston (37), Kyle Porta (30), Lieschke (20) and Bryce Swift (19) all added great support. Clint Renner, with 1/12 off eight overs, and Liam Widdup, 2/33, were the best for Lockhart.

For the second week in a row, it was Todd Hannam (66) and Aiden Ridley (58) who piloted TRYC to a competitive total that reached 5/171.
The Osborne bowling was outstanding, with Joe Perryman 5/23 and brother Ed 0/18 - both in eight-over spells - doing the damage with wickets and economy.
It was the start of a brilliant all-round double by Joe Perryman, who then went out and made an unbeaten 78 as Osborne won with six balls to spare.
Ryan Collins supported with 43 in a crucial second-wicket stand of 87.
The result leaves both teams equal with Walbundrie in second place.
Walla has just about put Holbrook's finals chances to bed with a five-wicket win at Holbrook Sporting Complex in a game dominated by the ball.
The Brookers, with just two wins for the season, would have to go unbeaten after the Christmas break to have any chance of playing finals.
Holbrook won the toss and found batting tough against a fiery Walla attack, led by a brilliant spell from Joel Merkel who took 5/18.
The home side, after being 7/40, recovered with some late resistance from Robbie Mackinlay (24) and Tim Walsh (12) to be all out for 82.
In reply Holbrook, led by Lewis Bowen (4/18), looked like pulling off a miracle win when Walla collapsed to be 5/41.
However, some good batting by Jamie McCarthy (29 no) got Walla home with plenty of overs to spare. Walla is in fifth place going into the break.
Henty has kept alive its chances of playing finals with a comprehensive nine-wicket thumping of Brocklesby Burrumbuttock at Paech Oval, Henty.
