It comes after it was announced Hume football would not be putting forward an interleague team next year.
However, while the senior side won't be represented, junior players will still get the opportunity to play for the league.
"We would also love to continue with a senior interleague team, but with uncertainty around senior football interleague, the opportunities will be limited," Hume netball interleague coordinator Aimee Riley said.
"Hume netball will be continuing with our junior representative program and will be participating in local carnivals.
"We're hopeful that junior teams will be able to participate in an interleague match organised in conjunction with the junior football," Riley explained.
