A TRUCK carrying cars caught fire on the Olympic Highway last night.

Quick actions of the driver meant the trailer was unhitched from the truck, however, Live Traffic NSW reported that the Olympic Highway was closed at the time.
The highway has since re opened.
The truck fire was attended by crews from Yerong Creek and Uranquinty, Wagga Police and The Rock SES.
