After winning the toss and choosing to bat the visitors posted 8/190, with Jarrod Miller top-scoring with an unbeaten 66 in his first bat for the year.
Alex McMaster (33) was next best. Harry Perryman took 4/39 for Osborne.
For the first time, all four Perryman boys played for Osborne.

In reply, Osborne almost pulled off a stunning run chase. Young Tom Howard made his highest senior score with 62.

Opening bowlers Jake Thomas and McMaster set up the defence, each conceding just over three runs per over.

Elsewhere, Brock Burrum kept its finals chances alive with a comfortable 59-run win over Holbrook in a high-scoring encounter.
The Brookers' bowling attack was hit to all parts of the fast Burrumbuttock outfield, with Adam I'Anson making 90 off 97 balls to lead the charge.
Jordan Schilg, with 34, took his season tally to 275, while Trent I'Anson (62) added 135 runs with cousin Adam.
Daniel McCarthy (3/26) and Lewis Bowen were the best of a depleted Holbrook attack missing Jim Grills and Corey McCarthy.
In reply, Holbrook lost two early wickets before Hamish Mackinlay (73) and Bowen (39) provided some hope. Then, the I'Anson lads ended their hopes.
Trent finished with 4/18 off seven overs, while Adam completed one of his best all-round efforts with 3/37 off eight.
Rand has taken up outright top position on the CAW Hume ladder after beating Culcairn by six wickets.
The win came despite a superb century from Culcairn's Norman Barlow, who finished unbeaten on 100 in the Lions' total of 7/173.
Clint Ralston took 3/18 to be Rand's best bowler with brother Brayden 2/29 also effective. Vince Chaffey, with 21, gave Barlow good support. Clint completed a great game by spearheading the run chase with 71 no, with Brayden Lieschke (29 no) adding 84 to win with four overs to spare. Dai Jenkins, with 1/17 off five overs, and Jaxon Lezius, 2/24, were the Lions' best with the ball. The Lions remain bottom of the ladder despite their good form of late.
An Aiden Ridley century has guided TRYC to a crushing 138-run win over Lockhart at Yerong Creek and secured a good position inside the top six after six rounds.
Ridley finished unbeaten on 102 as he and star all-rounder Todd Hannam (64) added 144 for the third wicket as the Two Blues posted 4/250.
In reply, Lockhart struggled from the outset being 4/36 at one stage and then 7/68 as all seven TRYC bowlers took a wicket.
Five Lockhart batters made it past double figures, but none passed the 23 achieved by veteran Clint Renner. Jayden Hibberson, with 3/39, had the home side's best figures.
Opening bowlers Ryan Kirkwood, 1/23 off his eight overs, and Hannam, an amazing 2/10 off his eight, choked the visitors early.
Walla notched up an important win over Henty at Walla, winning a tough contest by four wickets with three overs to spare.
The Swampies welcomed back Jimmy Ellis for his first game of the season and he obliged by top-scoring with (35 no) in the Henty total of 129.
After being 5/36, Henty recovered well to finish with its final total, with Brayden Pantling (28) and Mark White (22) saving the innings from collapse.
Mark Taylor was the star with the ball for Walla, taking 4/22 off eight overs. Joel Merkel, with 3/20, and Tom Simmons, 1/24, added great support.
Walla's successful run chase was highlighted by four players making between 20 and 23, with Nate Kohlhagen (23) the top scorer.
Nick Newton (2/20), Dan Terlich (1/25) and Shannon Terlich (1/20) all bowled well. but the reality was the batsmen didn't make enough runs.
