Both teams went into the game with two wins and two losses but the Tigers, fielding their strongest side for the season, were too strong.
The Brookers' innings never got going with skipper Hamish Mackinlay (31) and Bailey Martin (15) the only players to get to double figures.
Nick Morris (3/25) was the best bowler for the home side, with teammates Jake Thomas, Jack Thomas and Jacob Miller also taking two wickets each.
Walbundrie reached the target with 14 overs to spare. Jarrod Millar (46), Nick Morris (35) and Mason "Diesel" Collins (23) were all in good form.
Walbundrie reached the target with 14 overs to spare.
Collins continues to impress and appears to have refueled the Tiger bus that will again be featuring deep into finals.
In other games, Rand maintained top position on the Cricket Albury Wodonga Hume ladder with a comfortable five-wicket win over the Henty Swampies at Paech Oval, Henty.
After winning their first two matches, the Swampies have now lost three in a row. Grant Gardiner was dismissed for the first time this season after making 182 runs in four innings.
Sundries (24) ended up being the leading scorer for Henty.
Tom Newton (22), Daniel Terlich (18) and Shannon Terlich (15) managed to reach double figures.
Again, it was a complete all-round effort from the Rand bowling attack.
Clint Ralston, with 3/19 off eight overs, was leading the way.
Dan Terlich was best of the Swampies' bowlers as the Rand side managed to run down Henty's total of 135 with 15 overs to spare.
Brad I'Anson top scored with 46.
Lockhart pulled off a surprise win at home, defeating Walla in a low-scoring encounter by three wickets.
On a day during which 17 wickets tumbled for a total of just 163 runs, it was Lockhart which survived a late scare to prevail.
Walla, after winning the toss and batting, were routed for just 80 runs.
Jordan Harrington was the wrecker for Lockhart, taking 4/21.
Lockhart's innings was a real rollercoaster ride.
The side recovered from 3/26 at one stage before looking safe at 3/60.
But it then lost four late wickets to be 7/79.
Joel Merkle (3/32) and Tom Simmons (2/22) kept the Demons' batters on edge.
Brad McMillian managed to top score with 23 runs.
Elsewhere, The Rock Yerong Creek gave the Brock Burrum Saints an absolute hiding.
The game lasted just 36 overs as the Creekers won by eight wickets at Yerong Creek.
The undermanned Saints were bowled out in the 20th over for just 67 runs.
Jordan Schilg was again the best with the bat, finishing with 25.
Ryan Kirkwood, Jayden Hibberson and Col Hagen all took two wickets.
The visitors started OK with a 30-run opening stand before collapsing sensationally.
The Rock Yerong Creek lost an early wicket before Todd Hannam (30 no) and Jack Driscoll (33) added the remaining runs by the 16th over.
Osborne inflicted a heavy defeat on Culcairn at Culcairn to stay tied on top of the ladder with Rand.
Both teams have won four of the five games played to date. Osborne, which batted first, was spearheaded by the Perryman boys Joe (76) and Ed (74), as they finished with 6/210.
Jaxon Lezius picked up three wickets for Culcairn, while Riley Knobel (2/20) and veteran Dai Jenkins (0/8 off four overs) were economical.
In reply, Culcairn never came to terms with the tight and varied Osborne attack.
The batting lineup was eventually bowled out for 76 off 36 overs.
Youngster Joshua Hosie returned the excellent figures of 4/3 off 5.2 overs, while Ed Perryman took 1/15 off his eight overs of leg spin.
