A spokesperson from Wagga Base Hospital confirmed the woman was 69-years-old and discharged this evening.
UPDATE 7PM
A woman in her 60s was transported by NSW Ambulance crews to Wagga Base Hospital mid this afternoon.
According to a NSW Amubulance spokesperson, the woman was in a "stable condition" after hitting her head.
"In total, five crews were called to the job and she was located in difficult terrain," the spokesperson said.
"We assessed the patient and she was taken to Wagga Base Hospital in a stable condition."
The Rock SES unit commander Tony McPhail said today's incident showed a "great response" from all emergency services.
"She was transported with the Volunteer Rescue Association, Ambulance and SES crews," Mr McPhail said.
"She was conveyed to Wagga Base Hospital for observation between 3 to 3.30pm."
EARLIER
Emergency services were called to The Rock Hill Reserve just before 1pm on Tuesday after reports a woman had fallen.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said three crews were deployed at 12.55pm to the scene as a woman aged in her 60s had fallen and hit her head on a rock.
According to the spokesperson crews arrived on scene at about 1.30pm.
The Daily Advertiser has been told the woman is about three quarters of the way up the reserve.
The NSW State Emergency Services' Tony McPhail was on-site and said he was unaware of the woman’s state but crews are assisting and bringing her down.
At this stage, two NSW SES vehicles, three ambulance vehicles, a police car and a Volunteer Rescue Association vehicle are on scene.
