There was plenty of work taking place at the Henty Lifestyle Centre. There were also pictures following the St Josephs school swimming carnival which was held at Lockhart. For primary producers a livestock information session with Ag n Vet was held at Mangoplah.
Colin and Judy Knobel celebrated their golden wedding anniversary. The couple were married at the St John’s Lutheran Church Jindera in February 1963.
For vintage car enthusiasts Jindera was a popular stop over during the CHACA Morgan Country Car Club rally.
Meanwhile, Stephanie Douglas and Angus Gibb married at St Andrew’s Church in Launceston Tasmania. Stephanie is the second daughter of Joan and Derek Osborne and Angus is the only son of John and Elizabeth of Scottsdale, Tasmania.
