We only played nine holes and it was a stableford event.
The winner of the day was Marlene Skeers with 22 points and that included a swipe.
There were four runners up – Sandy Newton, Heather Beattie, Ellen Pratt and Jane Yates. They had 19 points.
NTP on the 8th Linda Combes, 15th Carole Singe and Carole only played because Des made her. She does do as she is told sometimes!
The newsagency award went to Glenys Yates because Glenys had 12 stableford points.
Out on the course the trees took a hammering and so did the dam on the 7th.
Out over the fence on the 12th was also the play of the day.
Next week is a stroke round 18 holes ladies also vets day and golf course improvement round. See you all at 8.30am for 9am hit off.
