BRUCE Taylor, project manager for the Headlie Taylor Sculpture, has advised that the sculpture is on track to be unveiled in Henty on September 12, at 2pm. Everyone, near and far is invited to the historic event. It has been acknowledged that as the unveiling takes place the week before the Henty Machinery Field Days that accommodation may be scarce. The sculpture recognises the achievements and contribution to our way of life by this great inventor. Location of the sculpture will at the Museum on the Olympic Highway. More on this as the deadline approaches.
