It was the club’s sixth successive flag which is two behind Walla’s record of eight.
Coach Brad I’Anson said Rand fired when it counted.
“We’ve won our last five games and really hit form at the right time,” I’Anson said.
“It was a fantastic effort by the boys.”
Rand’s bowlers were sensational in bundling Burrumbuttock out for 76 with Clinton Ralston grabbing 4-12 and Daniel Lieschke 3-11.
Ralston took 9-26 during the finals.
Opener Dave Williams batted well for the Swans in making 36, but lacked support in the top-order.
The Pigeons were untroubled in the run chase with Mark Kreutzberger top-scoring with 30.
I’Anson also lauded the club’s spirit after winning its sixth successive flag.
Chris Kreutzberger, Will Swift and Ralston have played in each of them.
“We lost 15 cricketers at the start of the year when Walbundrie formed again,” I’Anson said.
“The club only had one side but we got the job done.”
Rand has beaten Burrumbuttock in the past three grand finals.
In division two, Oaklands comfortably defeated Walla.
