The win was highlighted by a superb century from Dylan Fairall, who bludgeoned the bowlers in a spectacular innings of 112.
Fairall relished the shorter square boundaries at Ten Mile Creek No 1 ground, hitting 96 of his runs in boundaries.
It was Fairall’s first appearance with the Brookers this season and played a big part in the locals upset win.
Henty, after winning the toss and batting found the accuracy of the Brookers attack hard to dominate and finished with a below par 6/132 off its 40 overs.
Holbrook bowled 11 maiden overs in the innings with Bailey Parker, Hamish Mackinlay, Corey McCarthy, Cooper Walsh and Ben Jones leading the way.
Mark White took his season tally of runs to 248 with a patient 32, ably supported by Braedon Pantling (32no) and Chris Manns (20).
Holbrook made a shaky start to the run chase and when skipper Mackinlay was out for 26, they were 3/46 and game in the balance.
Enter Fairall and the game changed with his huge hitting combining superbly with Parker (43) to see the Brookers post its highest season score of 9/213.
Manns was outstanding for Henty conceding just 1/14 in his eight overs, while Chris Spicer, Josh Kleine and Ryan Bourke all took two wickets.
Holbrook hope to get Hayden Wishart and Jim Grills back into the line up and with Fairall in hot form, finals aspirations are back on the agenda for Brookers.
