The visitors made it 13-straight wins for the season and now almost certainly wrapping up top position and the crucial double chance in finals.
Osborne set up the 26-point win by kicking six goals in the first quarter and another four in the final.
The second and third terms belonged to Culcairn but could not dominate the scoreboard.
The Lions kicked 3-8 to 2-4 in this period and should have been at lot closer than the 14-point deficit going into the last term.
Culcairn lost coach Brendan Way during the third term when he was carried off on a stretcher after being knocked out in a collision with a teammate.
Jamie Parr and Matt Rava were best for Osborne, while for Culcairn the Hallinan boys Dane and Tim were outstanding.

RAND Walbundrie Walla Giants kept alive its finals chances by defeating Holbrook, at Holbrook, in a thrilling two-point contest.
The Giants booted the last two goals of the game as its experienced players stood out to outsmart a sluggish Holbrook challenge.
The game was tight throughout with the visitors taking a half-time lead before Holbrook hit back with a six goal third term to lead going into the final.
Former Brooker Darcy Kilmartin was terrific in midfield, while Todd Miller pulled down several telling marks at crucial stages.
Andrew Mackinlay marked his return for Holbrook with eight goals, while Curtis Steele, Alec Sullivan and Josh Jones worked hard.
This now means both Giants and Holbrook are level on points and one game out of the top six and superior percentage than sixth placed Magpies.

THE Magpies were soundly beaten at Coreen by a much improved CDHBU, with Tim Cooper booting eight goals in his move up forward.
Generally regarded as one of the league’s best defenders Cooper relished to freedom up forward to spearhead the Powers great win.
CDHBU won every quarter and never looked threatened. If not for another super effort from Daniel Maher the Magpies defeat would have been heavier.

HENTY continued his merry way with a thumping victory over the out of sorts Howlong by 64 points, at Henty.
Shannon Terlich kicked four goals in a best afield performance, while Dylan Hore, Josh Gaynor and Jimmy Ellis dominated for the inform Swampies.
The Spiders have now lost eight straight matches after they started the season with five wins. Brad Fyffe was a standout player for the visitors.
The Swampies who currently sit in fourth place are still two games and over 35 per cent behind second placed Jindera if they are to get the double chance.

LOCKHART were far from disgraced in its loss to Brock Burrum going down by 21 points at Lockhart in windy conditions.
The Saints jumped Lockhart with a five goal opening term, before Lockhart hit back with six second quarter to goals to trail at half time by five points.
Luke Schilg made his presence felt with four goals for Brock Burrum, while Jordan Grimmond and Aaron Livermore also made big contributions.
Matt Endrez, Zachary Sheather, James Creasy and Jordan Harrington led the Demons brave charge that pushed the Saints all the way.

THE final match at Oaklands looked like being a huge boil over when Billabong Crows led in he second term against Jindera.
The Bulldogs after a half time rev up from coach Kerry Bahr came out firing to eventually run out 39 point winners.
Jindera had 10 individual goal kickers in the 12 they kicked. Dan Middleton was at his explosive best with great support from Will King and Tom Weldon.
The Crows who have found some improved form of late had excellent players in Zac Kerr, Michael O’Riordan and Jimmy O’Connell.
