With a perfect 10 straight wins to start the season, Gestier says the Demons can return fire on sides aiming to lift against them.
“It’s nice to be unbeaten but we’ve recognised sides will come after us,” Gestier said.
“But there’s no reason why we can't go back at them. We’ve earnt that (unbeaten) tag by the way we’ve played and we just need to back ourselves to keep playing that way.”
This week, it’s Leeton-Whitton who will aim to rise to the leaders’ level at the Crossroads.
The Crows are coming off a win over Wagga Tigers and coach Jade Hodge has declared the pressure is on their opponents to remain undefeated.

Gestier says extending their winning streak isn’t something the Demons talk about as a group.
He insists every game gets its own focus and, on that front alone, he’s expecting a challenge from the Crows, who they rolled by 51 points back in round three.
“They’ll be a lot stronger this time around,” he said.
“They’ve added a bit through the season and they’ll be a stronger outfit. I expect them to come out all guns blazing.”
The Demons’ dynamic forward line, featuring Marc Geppert (56 goals), Brad Aiken (27 goals) and Gestier (18 goals) has captured plenty of attention.
But the coach says much of their success is due to the effort at the other end of the ground.
“Our defence has been outstanding,” he said.
“We’re still struggling at times with that last kick going into our forward 50, like a lot of teams do. In some games where it's been really tight early on, they’ve held us in good stead and stemmed the flow.”
To that end, the return of ruckman Chris Jackson helps, allowing Tom Keogh to revert to centre-half-back for the game against the Crows.
Jackson has played only four games this year but has impressed Gestier.
“He’ll be a big boost,” he said. “For a bloke who hasn’t played much footy, he’s got the touch. He picks it up pretty quick.”
Matt Beckmans and Nick Perryman also return to a side which has every intention of honouring teammate Aiken in his 400th club game.
“He’s a legend of the club,” Gestier said.
“I know it’s not all about the individual but I’ll be putting a fair bit of attention on it. That’ll be a fair bit of the focus from us.
“He deserves us to win for him.”
