CULCAIRN Golf Club has thrown open its doors for Golf Month - a national campaign that encourages people to get into golf.
Golf lovers – and those just curious – are invited to join Golf Month around Australia this October. There will be something to suit everyone; from those who have never had a swing and those who would like to get more involved, to those who simply want to share the game with their friends and family.
Backed by the golf industry and promoted by a national marketing campaign, Golf Month 2016 enables clubs and facilities around the country to re-engage with lapsed golfers, get new people into the game and promote the benefits of golf club membership.
There is the opportunity for golf enthusiasts of all levels to benefit from great offers and activities. For participants in Golf Month and club members who introduce a new member to their club, there is a chance to win the ‘ultimate 2017 ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open experience,’ including a place in the Pro-Am.
President, Stuart Lowe said Culcairn Golf Club is delighted to participate in Golf Month.
“Golf is a game for life and we want to showcase the health, social and community benefits that the game offers,” Lowe said.
“People of all ages and abilities are welcome to Culcairn Golf Club this October. We can even provide some equipment to help get them started or back in the game.
“Whether you are a keen golfer or a novice just wanting to give it a try, just give us a shout!”
