Internet speeds in the village had been recorded as low as dial up despite the tower being installed last year.
Some ADSL customers were reporting faster internet than those who switched to the NBN last year.
Speeds on NBN were supposed to be as fast as 25 megabits a second for downloading and five megabits a second for uploading.
Many residents started experiencing issues shortly after switching to NBN.
The Jindera Community Forum contacted NBN initially to get the ball rolling on a solution.
NBN are now looking into the issues to ascertain if the tower is to blame for slow speeds.
