Young Culcairn students banded together to raised more than $2000 for kids with cancer.
One Culcairn Public School student went above and beyond raising more than $300 for the cause while six other raised more than $100 each.
All students at the school took part in a lap-a-thon around the school which raised $2800 in total.
Before the event started students were able to seek out sponsorship to raise money.
All money raised was donated to Camp Quality via the Culcairn EsCarpade car, Star Wars 112.
Teacher at Culcairn Public and member of the team Pam Leov said the team need to raise $10,000 to take part in the drive.
Currently, the team has raised just over $7900. The drive will take place from October 22 to 29.
The school is expected to have raised more than $300 when the lap-a-thon total is added to other fundraising events.
