Big crowds flocked to the event to view the diverse range of pavillion exhibits, equestrian events, sideshows and dog show. 

Kelsey Griffin, 21, earned the top honours to be sashed as The Rock’s showgirl and will represent the town at the zone finals. 

Organisers couldn’t have ordered a better day in terms of weather conditions and the show was an ideal platform for visitors to see all that the country has to offer.

Volunteers from the Rural Fire Service showed children some of the firefighting equipment and let them use the fire hose.
