Henty pharmacy works with residents during stroke week

Samara Donohue, of the Henty Pharmacy, is helping to raise awareness about the signs of stroke.

During Stroke Week she explained to residents the importance of reading the early signs. “Stroke kills more women than breast cancer, more men than prostate cancer and leaves thousands with an ongoing disability,’’ she said.

“Stroke can be treated.”
