Osborne, despite the loss, will finish on top of the ladder, but its poor showing against last year’s grand final nemesis will be a concern.
After winning the toss and sending Osborne into bat, the home-side bowled superbly to roll Osborne for just 88 in 34 overs.
Mick Glanville was the only Osborne player to resist making a unbeaten 50 as Osborne collapsed dramatically to be 8/40 at one stage.
Brayden Pantling was the chief destroyer for Henty taking 5/17 off his eight overs, while Manns 2/10 off six and Dylan Hore 0/12 off eight.
In reply Henty were untroubled in passing the visitors total with the first five batters all making it into double figures as they finished on 8/143.
Chris Manns (34), Mark White (26), Daniel Hore-Smith (19), Grant Gardiner (19) and Steve Hallam (18) provided a solid response.
The Osborne bowlers did not do a lot wrong but just did not have enough runs on the board to seriously challenge the ominous Swampies.
Conner Galvin 1/19 off his eight overs was excellent, while Clay Galvin, Oscar Glanvill and Connor Willis all took two wickets.
The win by Henty has insured they finish in third place and will now take on TRYC in next week’s first final.

CULCAIRN n has finished its season with a bang – defeating second placed TRYC at home to give the Lions their second win of the season.
The loss for TRYC does not affect where they finish on the ladder and will remain in second place and face up to Henty in this week’s final.
Culcairn won the toss and batted and after a ordinary start they were struggling at 6/65 before a terrific partnership rescued them.
Veteran Dai Jenkins (32no) and Jamie Cooper (43no) batted superbly to allow Culcairn to finish with a respectable 6/149.
Jarrod Hibberson was the best of the TRYC bowlers taking 4/32. Culcairn certainly benefited from the return of the classy Cooper.
In reply Ben Willis was outstanding for TRYC making 58 but had too few assisting outside of Ben Williams who got (28).
The Lions bowlers put in its best effort of the year with the Jenkins brothers experience coming to the fore.
Left armed Dai Jenkins took 3/22, while older brother Paul chipped in with 3/22 as TRYC fell 12 runs short making 9/137.
