The win has cemented the Two Blues into second place on the ladder, well clear of Holbrook in third place and Henty in fourth.
Winning the toss and batting on a good Holbrook wicket, TRYC, courtesy of elegant right hander Steve Jolliffe (76) Callum Bennet (32) and Joel Williams (27), made 5-179.
Cooper Walsh 2-26 and Jimmy Grills 2-23 were the best of the Brookers bowlers, with Grills bowling TRYC skipper Todd Hannam for 24.
The reply from Holbrook was going along OK while Grills was at the wicket, but a brilliant run out saw him depart for 49.
Corey McCarthy maintained his excellent form with 23, with skipper Dylan Fairall (17) the next best as Holbrook were bowled out for 143 in the 39th over.
Hannam again starred with the ball to take 3-11 off his eight overs that included four maidens.
Jayden Hibberson also bowled well with two wickets.
OSBORNE meanwhile maintained its unbeaten season with a comfortable win over bottom placed Culcairn by 131 runs at Culcairn.
Mitch Godde and Dylan Pumpa did well at the top of the order for Culcairn with 23 each, but the other batsmen struggled against the excellent Osborne attack.
Oscar Glanvill 3-18, Connor Galvin 2-16 and Bill Alexander 2-20 kept all batsmen in check as the Lions finished its 40 overs at 7-105.
Osborne passed the score with no loss of wicket as Luke Richardson (108) punished the Culcairn attack to parts of the Culcairn Sportsground.
The opening partnership was worth 114 as Galvin lent great support to Richardson with 46.
Darren Howard (21) and Alexander (20) helped the total to 7-236.
Pumpa was the pick of the Culcairn bowlers taking 2-37, while Paul Jenkins was accurate with 1-14 off six overs.

HOLBROOK DEFEAT TUMBARUMBA IN WOODING SHIELD
HOLBROOK DCA under 16 side has easily defeated Tumbarumba DCA to retain the Joe Wooding Shield on November 20.
Played at the picturesque Tooma Recreation Oval, Holbrook bowled Tumbarumba out for 119 with the wickets shared.
Corey McCarthy 2-8, Brayden Pantling 3-11 and Oscar Willis 2-14 led the way as Tumbarumba struggled against the enthusiastic and energetic bowling and fielding.
Holbrook in reply did things easily in the run chase finishing at 2-188 with McCarthy making 52, Bailey Martin (31), Pantling (24) and Lewis Bowen (21).
