Crusty Demons unleashed hell

09 Apr, 2008 06:05 AM
The high octane Crusty Demons unleashed a motor bike spectacular in front of a 10,000 strong crowd at Robertson Oval Wagga Wagga on Saturday night.

The crowd marvelled at the awesome display of Back flips and stunts - supermen on motorcycles performing amazing feats as part of the Crusty Demons ‘Unleash Hell Tour.’

Fans gave the loudest reception to local riders Jackson Strong of Lockhart and Deniliquin’s Jarrod McNeil. They matched it with the best riders from around Australia, USA and England. Bringing the world’s best riders to the Riverina provided a great chance to showcase the Crusty Demons’ talents.

For Jackson Strong the highlight was to do a big show close to his home town. “It was awesome to see all my mates in the crowd,” he told the Eastern Riverina Chronicle on Monday. “I remember flipping up in the air and looking over to see half of Lockhart sitting there.”

Jackson enjoyed acting as host to some of his riding mates, Jim McNeil from California and Luke Smith from the United Kingdom at his parents Mandy and Linton’s Lockhart farm.

They practised on the set up which comprises large mounds of earth with five steel take-off and landing ramps.

The Crusty Demons will showcase their riding stunts and skills to audiences on the east coast of NSW and Queensland and then to Darwin. After that, “hopefully to the USA and Europe,” Jackson said.
