Michael Jackson's parents should not be given legal custody at all. The father was abusive and the mother was too weak to say anything. Michael Jackson was this family's cash cow. Debbie Rowe gave up her parental rights. The courts need to interview Janet or Latoya. The reason I say this is they seem to be the most stable. Plus, they will live in a stable and loving environment. The grandparents should have supervised visits. Janet and Michael were very close. She will be the one to understand what Michael really wanted for his children. Joe Jackson promoted his career on the BET red carpet. Which I found very distasteful. If you all noticed the mom and dad sought to get control of everything. The children and Michael Jackson's estate. The best person to make the decision about his estate is the courts. Because believe me they will make sure these kids have a trust fund setup. I also do not want to see them separated. They need to keep Debbie Rowe out of the picture period. I know she is the mom, but she gained financially from this. What does that tell you? She can have visits. If I was a judge. I would order everything in this order. I would freeze Michael Jackson's assets until everything could be sorted. Yet, I would leave a certain amount available for the care of the kids. I would order a interview be done with Janet and Latoya. This would be extensive. Psychological, financial, living quarters, etc. This could take from one to six months. Then I would ask that the court seek legal counsel so that the financial examination of Michael's estate could be done. This would be taken out of the estate of Michael Jackson. The state would not bare this financial burden. This should take about one to two years. After that was completed I would want a itemized list of his debtors. Ask them all to meet so we can understand and come to an agreement regarding payment. I would draft legal documents making sure once this is done. None can come back to recoup any other monies. This would take alot of study of the legal laws. Due to the fact there are so many loopholes available for people to bypass current laws. Then I would have them sign the documents and have it filed as a permanent record with courts. You say it will be filed. No, it will not. Many court rulings are made and alot of types clerks never file the court's decision. Now I do not want there representatives coming to the meeting. I actually want them physically there. Another thing I would order is an investigation of this doctor. What if any role he played? His background, financial, medical history. Then I would seek to get him removed permanently from practicing medicine. When I went to a CPR class we were told to have the patient on the ground. His response was very slow and confused. People always make sure you have a phone in every room of your house. If you have a landline. If not keep a cell phone somewhere nearby. Make sure anyone and everyone knows where they can locate it. Do you know family or friends who are addicted, abused sexually or physically? Try everything you can to intervene. If the family would have tried harder to intervene this might not have happened. Now I am not blaming anyone. But they should have been more persistent. I am just saying. We have lost Elvis, Michael, Heath Ledger, and many others to drug overdoses. Doctor's donot need a slap on the wrist. They should be prosecuted and jailed. I know for a fact they give out pills like candy. I was at a doctor's office in a low- income community. I saw many patients with three or more bottles of medication. They would come in with empty bottles and leave with prescriptions. Many said they were getting codein, some sleeping pills. One young lady told me she was going to Los Angeles, California from Lancaster, California where she lived to get her medication. I asked why she said "he gives me whatever I want." This is the same with the rich and famous. I dated one. We would be at home resting and a call would come in. Then I would hear him say the prescription would be called in. Michael, rest in peace your children will be cared for. America loved you! You will be missed.

Michael Jackson was the best singer, songwriter and entertainer by far. He was a beautiful person and had a huge soul. People who cannot see this do no know what they are on about. He had briliiant musical talent and it so sad he died of such a young age. You will forever be missed.

Oh please Steph, name one song he wrote and sung. Fifty, full of drugs, full of plastic, and undernourished, all self inflicted, he was never going to last long.

Michael Jackson, was like Peter Pan, the boy that wouldn't grow up. Whether we loved Michael or Hated him, he was unique in his own way, he was strung down when he was with the Jackson five, then he went his own way and became the legendary King of Pop Michael Jackson. I grew up with him as I nearly the same age as him, I adored him when he sang Ben, I loved him when he sang Thriller, she out of my life, rock with you etc, and he sang with Britney Spears the Queen of Pop, that was great. I am a singer, dancer and I copied his style of dancing but he was a legend and as Elvis Presley there will be no other than our Michael Jackson, and people still believe he is alive so that’s what they said about Elvis when he died. Just say if he is alive leave the man alone, let him have a normal life, leave him at peace, do you guys have any idea how demanding the music industry is like, your life is not your own. We love you Michael and we missed you.

his death is not significant in terms of the spiritual aspect in his life. he lures himself to too much worldly pressures and never learn to cling, trust and surrender to God for all his burden. however, he would still be remembered is one great performer.
